Renters’ Rights Bill – Key Proposed Changes After Second Reading in the House of Lords
The Renters’ Rights Bill has passed its second reading in the House of Lords and is now moving to the next stage—committee review. Some members of the House raised concerns about finding the right balance between protecting tenants and ensuring landlords can continue providing housing.
