Afterward, we’ll begin searching for properties and conducting viewings on your behalf. Once we find a property and the offer is accepted, we’ll request proof of buyer ID, address, and funds. We’ll then coordinate with the solicitor and arrange for a survey to be conducted. If the solicitor is satisfied with the documents, they will set exchange and completion dates. 

Once you sign the agreement, we will begin searching for a suitable property for you immediately. In the past, we have secured a deal for a client within 24 hours. As for the conveyancing process, it typically takes 4–8 weeks for cash buyers and 8–12 weeks for buyers applying for a mortgage.

Yes, you can choose to withdraw from the purchase if the home survey reveals significant issues.
