4. Secure Your Home

5. Complete References & Credit Checks

Once your offer is accepted, references and credit checks will be conducted as part of the process.

6. Submit Your Deposit

After passing the reference and credit checks, you’ll need to pay a deposit, which can be up to five weeks’ rent, to secure the property.

7. Sign the Tenancy Agreement

Carefully review the tenancy agreement, a legally binding document that outlines the terms of your lease, before signing it.

8. Move In
