\u8cb8\u6b3e\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u6708\u4f9b\u7d04\u5f9e \u00a3850 \u5347\u81f3 \u00a31,150\uff0c\u7d04\u591a\u51fa\u00a0<strong>\u00a3300\/<\/strong><strong>\u6708<\/strong>\u00a0\u7684\u5229\u606f\u8ca0\u64d4 \u2014 \u9019\u5c0d\u8a31\u591a\u5bb6\u5ead\u662f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/li><li>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c<strong>\u7d04<\/strong><strong> 1.8 <\/strong><strong>\u767e\u842c\u7b46\u56fa\u5b9a\u5229\u7387\u8cb8\u6b3e\u5728\u672a\u4f86<\/strong><strong> 12\u201318 <\/strong><strong>\u500b\u6708\u5230\u671f<\/strong>\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u4f4e\u5229\u6642\u671f\u8cb7\u5165\u4e26\u5df2\u7d93\u62c9\u5230\u6975\u9650\u7684\u5c4b\u4e3b\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u66f4\u9ad8\u63db\u7d04\u5229\u7387\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8feb\u51fa\u552e\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u5347\u5e02\u5834\u4f9b\u7d66\u3002<\/li><li>\u5e74\u9f61\u8207\u50b5\u52d9\u7d50\u69cb\u4e5f\u52a0\u5287\u6b64\u6548\u61c9\uff1a\u5e74\u9f61\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u7fa4\u9ad4\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8f03\u9ad8\u5df2\u7121\u8cb8\u6b3e\u8ca0\u64d4\uff0c\u800c\u5e74\u8f15\u7fa4\u9ad4\uff08\u7279\u5225\u662f 45 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff09\u651c\u5e36\u4e86\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6309\u63ed\u50b5\u52d9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8ca0\u64d4\u80fd\u529b\u60e1\u5316\u7684\u885d\u64ca\u4e26\u4e0d\u5e73\u5747\uff0c\u5e74\u8f15\u5c4b\u4e3b\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6210\u70ba\u88ab\u8feb\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u623f\u6771\u5728\u8ce3\u5c4b<\/strong><strong> \u2014 <\/strong><strong>\u9019\u4e5f\u63a8\u9ad8\u4e86\u4f9b\u61c9<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Q1 Section 24 \u6539\u8b8a\uff09\u9020\u6210\u7684\u76c8\u5229\u4e0b\u964d\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u76e3\u7ba1\u8207\u653f\u7b56\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u9810\u671f\u4e2d\u7684Renters Reform Bill\uff09\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5c0f\u623f\u6771\u9078\u64c7\u5957\u73fe\u96e2\u5834\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u578b\u6a5f\u69cb\u8207\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u4ee5\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6216 SPV \u6301\u6709\uff09\u5247\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6d3b\u8e8d\uff0c\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u79df\u8cc3\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4f9b\u9700\u7d50\u69cb\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u8cb7\u65b9\u884c\u70ba\u8b8a\u4e86\uff1a\u4e0d\u518d\u6025\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u780d\u50f9\u7a7a\u9593<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>\u96d6\u7136 Rightmove \u6307\u51fa\u8cb7\u5bb6\u9700\u6c42\u4ecd\u5728\uff0c\u4f46\u9762\u5c0d\u66f4\u591a\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u66f4\u6703\u8b70\u50f9\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u9020\u6210\u8ce3\u65b9\u5fc5\u9808\u66f4\u73fe\u5be6\u5730\u5b9a\u50f9\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4f55\u9ad8\u50f9\u5340\u8dcc\u5e45\u66f4\u660e\u986f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u518d\u878d\u8cc7\uff08<\/strong><strong>Refinancing<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u8207\u5f8c\u7e8c\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>\u5118\u7ba1\u8fd1\u671f\u6709\u8b49\u64da\u986f\u793a\u6309\u63ed\u5229\u7387\u6b63\u5728\u56de\u843d\uff08\u9023\u7e8c\u6578\u6708\u4e0b\u964d\uff09\uff0c\u4f46<strong>\u5927\u91cf\u5230\u671f\u63db\u7d04<\/strong>\u6703\u8b93\u4e00\u6279\u5c4b\u4e3b\u5728\u77ed\u671f\u5167\u9762\u5c0d\u9ad8\u65bc\u904e\u53bb\u4f4e\u5229\u6642\u671f\u7684\u5229\u7387\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u5728\u672a\u4f86 12\u201318
